Electric Panel Assembler - Team Leader

Our client, a renowned company in the field of electricity and automation located in Saint-Hyacinthe, is looking for an Electrical Panel Assembler - Team Leader for its control and power panel manufacturing workshop. Reporting to management, the person holding the position will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the workshop, supporting and supervising team members, while ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with plans, quality standards, timelines, and established work methods.
The team leader also remains involved in assembly and wiring work, which allows him/her to act as a technical resource person for the team.
The tasks consist of:
- Planning, coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the workshop in order to meet priorities, timelines and production objectives.
- Supervising, supporting and mobilizing the team of panel assemblers by ensuring efficient distribution of work and adherence to good practices.
- Ensuring the availability of materials, components and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Reading and interpreting electrical plans and diagrams in order to supervise manufacturing and assembly work.
- Ensuring the quality of control and power panels by supervising tests, checks and compliance controls.
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement of work methods, manufacturing processes and workshop organization.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Requirements:
- Have training or experience in electricity, electromechanics or automation.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.

Salary: Between $32 and $34 per hour Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday Status: Permanent
