In this key position, you will be involved in the management of tenders and bids, while providing essential administrative support to operations. Your expertise in estimation will directly contribute to the success of projects and the fulfillment of the company's commitments. Tasks: Ensure the follow-up of invitations to tender and confirm the company's participation. Prepare, open and analyze bid files, ensuring their compliance. Manage the coordination of documents related to consents, deposits, and proof of insurability. Support the team in the preparation and follow-up of tenders and bids. Plan and organize the team's participation in site visits. Keep track of tables and documentation related to bids. Produce and complete required documents (forms, schedules, letters, contracts, etc.). Carry out the necessary steps for bonds, letters of intent, and insurance certificates, and ensure their follow-up. Process additions and modifications to files (addenda, questions/answers) and ensure their dissemination to the team. Collaborate in the revision of contractual clauses and update annual administrative documents. Carry out various administrative support tasks, including coordination and billing. Main tasks: Install, replace and maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including furnaces (oil, electric, natural gas), hot water boilers, heat pumps, central and wall air conditioners, as well as oil tanks. Carry out the start-up, calibration and performance tests of the installed equipment. Manufacture and adjust sheet metal transitions on site or in the truck to ensure a safe and compliant installation. Dismantle, remove and recycle old oil systems, including boilers and tanks. Replace and maintain HVAC accessories such as humidifiers, purifiers and air filters. Strictly adhere to current installation codes and standards (B-149, B-139) as well as company standards. Provide professional customer service by answering technical questions about the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Accurately complete installation reports, compliance documents and ensure responsible management of materials and service truck. Perform all other related tasks. Benefits of this position?
