BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Bid visits (presentation of tenders by the client/professionals);
• Invitations to tender (Subcontractors and suppliers);
• Estimation of plumbing/heating using estimation software;
• Reading of specifications and addenda;
• Reasoning of the tender, figuring out the specific needs of the tenders.
• Compilation of bids and making deposits (in person or electronically).
• "R&D": Improvements of software, methodologies or research of new technologies or tools that could improve the realization of tender challenges (execution).

Job Type: Full time

Compensation: $20.00 to $60.00 per hour
