Brief Description As the manager of light commercial projects, you will play a key role in managing plumbing and heating projects. Candidates Wanted SG Team is looking for journeyman / apprentice pipefitters as well as workers with experience as foremen. Required Qualifications Hold a DEP in pipefitting; Have experience in a commercial and/or industrial environment (an asset); Hold a CCQ card (1st year apprentice or journeyman) pipefitter, heating pipefitter; Hold a heating appliance installer certificate. Main Responsibilities Assemble, install, maintain, repair different types of piping and components on different types of networks (steel, copper, plastic); Handle and install heating equipment (Boilers, coolers, etc.) Install finishing appliances; Read and interpret plans, work orders, diagrams and technical sheets; Draft sketches or diagrams when necessary in planning; Perform leak tests before supplying the network; Clean and treat piping and networks; Start up networks and systems and ensure their proper functioning Carry out work according to current standards, codes and regulations Skills Wanted Autonomy Sense of organization Ability to make decisions in emergency situations Ability to work in a team Be familiar with all inspection requirements and local regulations regarding plumbing installation.
