Filter Plus is looking for a journeyman refrigeration mechanic to join its commercial site team.

Since 1982, Filter Plus has been working in air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration in the Quebec region. Our team carries out various commercial projects: base building, office layouts, multi-housing, and industrial projects.

We are looking for an experienced, independent journeyman who takes pride in the quality of his installations.

Your role

• Carry out refrigeration work on our commercial sites;
• Install HVAC equipment and systems;
• Perform the installation of refrigeration piping;
• Read and interpret plans and specifications;
• Participate in the start-up of equipment;
• Plan and effectively organize your work on the site;
• Collaborate with sheet metal workers, electricians, and other trades;
• Ensure the quality and compliance of the work carried out.

You will work on projects such as base building, office layouts, multi-housing, and industrial projects.

What we are looking for

• Valid CCQ journeyman refrigeration mechanic certificate;
• DEP in refrigeration;
• Experience on commercial sites;
• Good plan reading skills;
• Independence and sense of organization;
• Attention to the quality of work;
• Good team spirit;
• ASP Construction card;
• Valid driver's license.
