HVAC Sales Representative

A company established for several decades, specializing in heating and air conditioning, with numerous branches across the country, is looking to support its growth by recruiting a sales talent in Saint-Laurent.

The tasks consist of:

• Providing customer service at the counter, on the phone, by text message, and by email.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Contributing to customer satisfaction by offering excellent service.
• Preparing quotes, invoices, and orders with the purchasing team.
• Ensuring the distribution of products to customers according to orders received at the counter.
• Conducting post-sale follow-up with customers.
• Continuously collaborating with the distribution team and sales representatives to manage operational issues.
• Managing the accuracy of inventory in the system.
• Assisting the warehousing team as needed (physical tasks).
• Performing any other related tasks requested by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the HVAC field.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer tools, such as Power BI.
• Ability to provide physical effort as needed (be able to lift 25 kg).
• Advanced mastery of English (English will be used in about 50% of daily exchanges).
• College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in building mechanics, air conditioning and ventilation systems, or significant training in a related field (asset).
• Experience in the construction field (asset).

Salary: Between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule: Daytime, full-time, Monday to Friday.

Status: Permanent.
