At Habitations Maestro, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and versatile carpenter-joiner journeyman, capable of taking charge of a construction site, advancing work efficiently and contributing to the quality of our achievements.
We are looking for someone who wants to invest long term in a growing company, where experience, initiative and attention to detail are valued.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Take charge and ensure the smooth running of work on the construction site
· Carry out varied residential renovation projects
· Perform extensions and garage constructions
· Participate in kitchen and bathroom renovations
· Install doors, windows and exterior coverings
· Carry out various carpentry, finishing and exterior layout work
· Ensure the quality of execution and respect of deadlines
· Communicate effectively with the team, subcontractors and various stakeholders
DESIRED PROFILE
· Carpenter-Joiner Journeyman Competency Certificate (CCQ)
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in renovation
· Excellent mastery of the different stages of a renovation project
· Ability to take charge of a construction site and work autonomously
· Versatility, resourcefulness and good organizational skills
· Attention to detail and pride in well-executed work
· Positive leadership and good team spirit
· Reliability, punctuality and professionalism
· Valid Class 5 driver's license
