Your responsibilities:

▪ Manage commercial projects of various sizes, from planning to delivery.

▪ Ensure coordination between clients, subcontractors, and site teams

▪ Monitor schedules, budgets, and supplies

▪ Produce and follow up on technical documents and workshop drawings

▪ Approve and verify billing for clients

▪ Work closely with project assistants and foremen

▪ Participate in site visits and coordination meetings

▪ Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure their satisfaction throughout the projects

▪ Provide quality after-sales service

▪ Contribute to continuous improvement and the smooth running of the team

Hiring criteria:

▪ Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial project management

▪ Bachelor's degree in building engineering will be considered an asset

▪ Mastery of Microsoft 365 suite, especially SharePoint and Excel

▪ Leadership, autonomy, and initiative

▪ Excellent team spirit and good relational skills
