Carpenter-Joiner - Interior Renovation (outside CCQ)

Solima is a turnkey residential interior design and renovation company located in Quebec. We carry out personalized and high-end projects, mainly kitchens, bathrooms, and complete renovations.

We are currently looking for an experienced, versatile, and meticulous carpenter-joiner to join our team.

With us, you will not be limited to repeating the same task from one site to another. You will participate in the realization of complete and personalized interior renovation projects.

Your experience and judgment will truly be put to use. You will have the opportunity to:

• Take charge of different stages of a project, from preparation to final finishes.
• Carry out various carpentry work, divisions, gypsum, floors, and finishing joinery.
• Install doors and molding as well as other elements requiring precision and attention to detail.
• Work from thoughtful design plans and well-prepared site files.
• Find intelligent solutions to the unforeseen issues inherent in renovation.
• Collaborate directly with our design team, our site master, and our subcontractors.
• See the projects take shape and participate in complete achievements that you can truly be proud of.

The profile we are looking for:

• Relevant experience in residential renovation and interior finishing.
• Great versatility and excellent resourcefulness.
• Precise, clean, and meticulous work.
• Autonomy and good sense of organization.
• Respectful and professional attitude towards clients.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle to get to the sites.

What we offer:

• Permanent day position, 40 hours per week.
• Salary from $32 to $48/H depending on experience and skills.
