Are you a carpenter-joiner, apprentice or journeyman, looking for a stable work environment with year-round work? Our client, a well-established company in Abitibi for over 11 years, is looking for 1 to 2 carpenter-joiners to join their team. The work is mainly carried out in La Sarre and Rouyn-Noranda, both on CCQ sites and on residential projects outside the decree.
Do you know how to use your tools, but especially your judgment? If you have experience on construction sites, resourcefulness and the desire to get your hands dirty, you already have what it takes to find your place in the team!
The tasks consist of:
- Performing carpentry, joinery and residential renovation work.
- Participating in the construction and renovation of buildings according to plans and specifications.
- Installing, assembling and repairing various wooden structures.
- Performing interior and exterior finishing work.
- Safely using the tools and equipment of the trade.
- Working in collaboration with other team members on construction sites.
- Complying with current health and safety standards.
- Performing all other related tasks.

Requirements:
- Experience in carpentry, joinery or renovation.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness and sense of responsibility.
- Holding a valid CCQ card, an asset.
- Applications accepted for apprentices level 2, 3, 4 and journeymen.
- Level 1 apprentices must have relevant experience in construction or renovation.
- Valid driver's license required to easily move around construction sites.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Availability to travel to construction sites in the region.
Salary: According to CCQ 2026 rates.
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day or according to projects.
