Mechanical shovel operator

Our company located in Saint-Constant is looking for an experienced mechanical shovel operator to join our dynamic and professional team. Our projects are mainly focused on the south shore of Montreal and Montreal itself. The shovel operator's responsibilities will include performing excavation, leveling, trenching, and loading tasks according to plans and directives, operating hydraulic shovels safely, ensuring daily maintenance of the shovel (visual inspection, greasing, etc.), collaborating with foremen, laborers, and other team members on construction sites; and complying with health and safety standards at all times. The candidate must have relevant experience as a shovel operator, up-to-date CCQ cards (a significant asset), a valid driver's license, good physical condition, a team spirit, be autonomous, have rigor and a concern for a job well done.
