WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a journeyman carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate shares our vision of excellence and our passion for innovation in the construction field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform high-quality carpentry work and related tasks

• Interpret and follow plans and specifications with precision

• Work closely with project team members

• Eventually lead a small team and manage projects

• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment

• Participate in the continuous improvement of the company

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CCQ journeyman card and ASP card

• 5 years of experience in high-end residential renovation and construction

• Basic computer skills

• Honest and transparent work approach

• Competitive salary: $30 to $40 per hour based on experience

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un charpentier-menuisier compagnon pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Le candidat idéal partage notre vision de l'excellence et notre passion pour l'innovation dans le domaine de la construction.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Réaliser des travaux de charpenterie et de menuiserie de haute qualité et tâches connexes
• Interpréter et suivre les plans et devis avec précision
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe de projet
• Éventuellement, encadrer une petite équipe et mener des projets
• Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire et ordonné
• Participer à l'amélioration continue de l'entreprise

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

• Carte de compagnon CCQ et carte ASP
• 5 ans d'expérience en rénovation et construction résidentielle haut de gamme
• Compétences informatiques de base
• Approche honnête et transparente dans le travail
