Contremaître mécanique/tuyauterie

Tasks:

-Supervision of teams (Train workers on tasks and safety standards)

-Team coordination (Supervise, coordinate and plan the tasks of the workers)

-Operational planning (Establish work methods and execution schedules; solve problems and coordinate operations)

-Health and safety (Ensure compliance with safety rules and recommend measures to improve productivity and safety)

-Resource and logistics management (Order materials and supplies; read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure compliant execution of work)

-Administration (Make daily reports, approve invoices and timesheets)

-Quality control (Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards)

Experience:

Have experience in the mining / industrial mechanics / piping / engineering field

Have experience in managing a work team

Any experience will be considered.

Training:

Have training in industrial mechanics / piping / engineering or welding

Required skills:

Have good communication and leadership

Skills to manage a work team

Good coordination ability
