Are you a field leader capable of keeping a team mobilized, organized, and safe even under the most demanding conditions? We are looking for a team leader in asbestos removal to join our team!

We are looking for someone who will coordinate asbestos removal work on various sites, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, supervise workers and maintain a high standard of quality and productivity. You will be called upon to work on commercial, institutional and industrial projects.

The location listed on the site is Saint-Georges but we cover a fairly large territory, you may be required to travel. The agreement will apply when necessary (Pension)

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide teams on construction sites
• Plan and organize asbestos removal work
• Ensure compliance with containment and decontamination procedures
• Ensure compliance with CNESST standards and safe work methods
• Carry out follow-ups with project managers and clients
• Maintain a clean, structured and efficient site
• Participate in work with the team

Desired Profile

• Positive leadership and good ability to handle pressure
• Sense of organization and autonomy
• Valid ASP Construction card
• Training in asbestos removal an asset
• Valid driver's license
