Scrap Dealer

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous ironworker to join our team on various construction sites. You will be responsible for the preparation, installation, and assembly of steel reinforcements intended to strengthen reinforced concrete structures, in accordance with engineering plans.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret ironwork plans and technical drawings
• Cut, bend, and secure steel rods using specialized tools
• Place and attach metal reinforcements in formwork
• Comply with safety standards on the construction site
• Collaborate with other trades on the site

Profile sought:

• Experience in ironwork or a related trade (asset) or fresh out of school
• Good physical condition and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Competency card (ASP Construction) required
