Pay: $CA31.88 to $CA45.54 per hour

Carpenter - Team Leader

OVI has been carrying out architectural projects in Greater Montreal, Estrie, and the Laurentians since 2008. We have built our reputation in collaboration with major architectural firms that have trusted us over the years in the execution of complex projects.

OVI Construction is looking for a Team Leader eager to take on new challenges, to tackle complex projects, to lead a strong team within a collaborative organization.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analysis and mastery of architects' and engineers' plans

- Coordination of a team of carpenters on construction sites

- Coordination of subcontractors on construction sites

- Organization of orders and deliveries

DESIRED SKILLS

- ASP and CCQ cards required

- Necessary experience (residential cladding a plus)

- Desire to take on challenges

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret plans and specifications

- Ability to work with precision, rigor and attention to detail

- Be creative, resourceful and autonomous

- Have a good sense of organization and priorities
