Contremaître

We are currently looking for foremen and superintendents for our various projects.

We are looking for someone who enjoys traveling, as we have projects in Saguenay, but also on the North Shore, in Sept-Îles and even in Nunavik! The runs can vary depending on the projects and times of the year.

If you want to know more about your daily tasks with us, here is a small overview:

• Analyze plans and specifications;
• Actively participate in the project kickoff meeting;
• Rigorously plan materials, specific tools, and labor needs;
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors;
• Ensure proper respect for schedules;
• Act as a technical expert by supporting your team in the execution of work;
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with all stakeholders;
• Coordinate the site closure and complete the related documentation.
