Under the supervision of the foreman or team leader, the employee actively participates in residential construction and renovation work. They perform various manual and technical tasks in support of carpenters and other trades, while respecting the quality and safety standards in force on construction sites.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out demolition work, preparation and cleaning of construction sites
• Transport, handle and organize materials and tools
• Assist carpenters in the execution of work (structure, framing, finishing, etc.)
• Perform basic tasks such as cutting, drilling, screwing, nailing and assembly
• Install and move scaffolding, ladders and construction site equipment
• Keep the construction site clean, orderly and safe at all times
• Respect health and safety standards at work (CNESST)
• Follow the foreman's instructions and collaborate effectively with the team

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in residential construction (an asset)
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Sense of responsibility and safety
• Punctuality and reliability
• ASP Construction Card (an asset, otherwise to be obtained)

Working Conditions

• Work on various residential construction sites
• Daytime schedule, full time
• Compensation according to experience and skills
