Senior Companion in Residential Renovation
Technical Field Reference - Full Autonomy Required

What awaits you
Permanent position - 40 hours per week
Day schedule (start around 7 a.m.)
Flexibility according to projects
Hourly wage that can reach $50/h, depending on expertise and level of autonomy
Varied and structured residential projects

Valid driver's license and vehicle required

Preparation and Organization
Rigorous protection of surfaces and spaces
Methodical organization of tools and materials
Maintain a clean site at all times — even during demolition
Controlled Demolition
Precise removal of cabinets, ceramics, coverings
Minimization of impacts on existing structures
Technical Works
Plastering (joints, sanding, filling)
Installation of floors, moldings, ceramics, gypsum, insulation
Precise measurements and cuts
Finishing work (painting, hardware, adjustments)
Occasional outdoor work (caulking, maintenance, preparation)

Solid and demonstrated experience in residential renovation
Excellent mastery of wood and ceramics
Advanced manual skill
Full autonomy on site
Fluent reading of plans and specifications
