YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and supervise work on residential sites. Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

• Train and manage team members, emphasizing organization, meticulousness, and efficiency.

• Collaborate with management to optimize processes and meet budgets and timelines.

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Journeyman carpenter, with several years of on-site experience.

• Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team.

• Sense of organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

THE TYPE OF WORK YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Expansions, adding floors;

• Interior and exterior renovation;

• Framing;

• Exterior cladding;

• Etc.
