Carpenter Joiner

GestionLT Inc. is looking for a journeyman carpenter or apprentice to join its dynamic team and participate in transformation, optimization, and renovation projects on the South Shore of Montreal and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specifications to carry out various construction and renovation works.
• Perform assembly, installation, and repair of structures in wood, metal, or composite materials.
• Carry out framing work, partitioning, installation of coverings, and interior and exterior finishing.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of work while respecting building standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors to ensure efficient site operations.
• Comply with health and safety rules on construction sites.
• Opportunity to become a team leader.

Profile sought

• Journeyman's competency card issued by the CCQ.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, concern for quality, and ability to adapt to site challenges.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle (an asset).
