What awaits you

• Permanent position - 35/40 hours per week

• Day schedule (start around 7 a.m.)

• Family life schedule flexibility

• Hourly wage outside decree, depending on expertise and level of autonomy or CCQ wage

Main Responsibilities

Technical leadership and global vision

• Read, understand and interpret plans and specifications with ease

• Maintain an overall vision of the project

• Anticipate material needs and work sequences

• Propose solutions adapted to field realities

• Collaborate effectively with different trades

Versatile execution of work

Preparation and organization

• Rigorous protection of surfaces and spaces

• Methodical organization of tools and materials

• Maintain a clean site at all times — even during demolition

Controlled demolition

• Precise removal of cabinets, ceramics, coverings

• Minimization of impacts on existing structures

Technical work

• Basic plastering (joints, sanding, filling)

• Installation of various floors, ceramic laying, gypsum, insulation

• Precise measurements and cuts

• Finishing work (painting, hardware, adjustments)

• Occasional outdoor work (caulking, maintenance, preparation)

Profile sought

Technical expertise

• Solid and demonstrated experience in residential renovation (references requested)

• Excellent mastery of wood and/or ceramics

• Advanced manual skill

• Full autonomy on site

• Fluent reading of plans and specifications
