We are primarily looking for apprentice carpenters to train and offer them a long-term future within the company.

No experience other than that of a carpenter is required. Motivation and reliability are essential.

· Salary according to residential decree

· After training of about 6 to 8 months, the hourly rate will be equivalent to the journeyman's wage, which is 43.37/h

· Addition of bonuses based on autonomy on construction sites

Addition of a premium based on the quality of work and involvement within the team

A CCQ salary, combined with a very competitive commission plan. A potential income between $85,000 and $105,000, and can go well beyond, your performance is the only real limit.
