******$1500 HIRING BONUS******(after 3 months)

Salary Conditions:

• Hiring bonus of $3000 (payable in 3 installments)

• Hourly wage of $50 + 10% team leader bonus AND profitability bonus;

• Full-time work of 40 to 45 hours/week;

• CCQ commercial sector agreements with insurance/pension funds;

• All-season work clothes provided;

• Reimbursement of annual extracurricular fees $500/child;

Main Tasks:

• Form the footings and strip the Duraform type prefabricated for the walls;

• Pour the concrete (From 25 to 100' maximum per pour) and integrate piles;

• Execute the plans and modifications, manage the client and administrative documents;

• Management of human, financial, material resources and safety of your site;

• Manage the stocks at the warehouse and the work schedule with the logistics department.

Job Requirements (prerequisites)

• CCQ competency card with experience in formwork;

• Knows how to manage a team, rigorous, resourceful and trustworthy;

• Class 5 driver's license (class 3 major asset).
