Are you resourceful, handy, and like things done right? We are looking for a versatile maintenance man to ensure the general upkeep of our commercial buildings.

Your tasks:

• Carry out routine repairs (basic plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.)

• Ensure preventive maintenance of buildings and equipment

• Respond to service requests from tenants

• Maintain clean, safe, and functional premises

Your profile:

• Experience in general building maintenance (commercial a plus)

• Versatile, independent, and customer service oriented

• Basic knowledge in plumbing, electricity, carpentry

• Valid driver's license (travel between buildings)
