BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

The Excavation Foreman is responsible for the planning, organization, supervision, and control of excavation work on construction sites. They ensure the execution of work in accordance with plans, specifications, schedules, health and safety standards, and company policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate excavation work;

• Supervise construction site teams (operators and laborers);

• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and technical directives;

• Ensure adherence to schedules and work quality;

• Apply and enforce health and safety standards on construction sites;

• Coordinate machinery, equipment, and materials;

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment;

• Communicate with management, clients, and other stakeholders as needed;

• Produce reports and follow-ups required by the employer.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in excavation;

• Training in health and safety on construction sites;

• Experience in supervising construction site personnel;

• Valid driver's license (class 5) and vehicle;

• Availability for frequent travel.
