- DESCRIPTION: Drilling holes in concrete, walls and roofs through different types of materials, ability to lift heavy equipment. Installation of radon mitigation systems, sealing openings, cutting ducts and sometimes installing membranes in crawl spaces (confined spaces).
- The candidate must have a valid driver's license and must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
