📢 Art-Réno Inc is hiring: Project Manager - Excavation Division
Art-Réno Inc, a well-established general contractor for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and versatile project manager to contribute to the development of its excavation division.
🛠 Who are we?
We carry out building structure projects and already manage several internal excavation works. Our goal: to grow this division by structuring it further, diversifying the projects, and strengthening our team.
🔎 Your role
As a Project Manager - Excavation, you will be called upon to:
Actively participate in the strategic development of the division
Manage daily operations, staff, and resources
Ensure the follow-up of projects, timelines, and quality
Develop new business opportunities
Physically contribute to field work as needed
✅ Desired profile
Relevant experience in construction or excavation project management
Natural leadership and ability to mobilize a team
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Equipment operator card (important asset)
Sense of initiative and desire to evolve a growing division
