Solar Installer (M/F) - We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of roofs

Darwin Energy Solutions is a company that installs sunshine on the roofs of Quebec. We are looking for a solar installer who already knows what a roof is to join our installation team.
What you will really do:
- Install solar systems in Quebec and also in the province... yes, often at height. Sloping roofs, flat roofs, we're not picky.
- Read plans without turning them around for 20 minutes (we can negotiate the 20 minutes).
- Work with electricians, the project manager, and the operations coordinator. Ideally without arguing.
- Comply with CCQ safety standards. The sun is beautiful. Falling off the roof, much less so.
The profile we're looking for (no joke):
- Experience as a roofer. If you've repaired more roofs than you've wet, we're already friends.
- Up-to-date CCQ competency card (roofer) — mandatory. Yes, really mandatory.
- Be comfortable at height. If ladders already make you sweat on the ground, this may not be the job for you.
- Valid class 5 driver's license. We don't want you to always join us by doing your morning jog.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and good team spirit. Solo stars, we keep them for TV.
What we have to offer:
- A CCQ salary. Because solar volunteering doesn't pay well.
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday. Your evenings and weekends remain yours.
- Ongoing training. We will teach you solar, not how to become a TikTok roof star.
