Your main responsibility will be the installation of exterior cladding on our residential construction sites. You will work independently on our sites, anticipating the next steps and ensuring that the finish is up to our reputation. Between exterior assignments, you will also do interior finishing (woodwork). When an apprentice is assigned to you, you will guide them and show them the trade.

● Install exterior cladding (priority): fiber cement siding, aluminum, canexel, and other lightweight cladding products

● Perform interior finishing: baseboards, quarter rounds, interior door frames, steel doors

● Read plans and elevations

● Work independently and anticipate the next steps of the construction site

● Ensure the quality of work at each stage

● Coordinate with the team leader and respect deadlines

● Direct an apprentice when one is assigned to you

You have proven yourself in exterior cladding and you read a plan well. You are independent, resourceful, and a team player. You take initiatives, you have an eye for detail that makes the difference between good work and just "okay" work, and you are comfortable directing an apprentice. You are the candidate we are looking for.
