As part of our growth, we are looking for a senior companion capable of assuming a key role in the field, both technically and organizationally.

What awaits you

• Permanent position - 40 hours per week

• Day schedule (start around 7 a.m.)

• Flexibility according to projects

• Hourly wage that can reach $50/h, depending on expertise and level of autonomy

• Varied and structured residential projects

• Valid driver's license and vehicle required

Main Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Global Vision

• Read, understand and interpret plans and specifications with ease

• Maintain an overall vision of the project

• Anticipate material needs and work sequences

• Propose solutions adapted to field realities

• Collaborate effectively with different trades

Versatile Execution of Work

Preparation and Organization

• Rigorous protection of surfaces and spaces

• Methodical organization of tools and materials

• Maintain a clean site at all times — even during demolition

Controlled Demolition

• Precise removal of cabinets, ceramics, coverings

• Minimization of impacts on existing structures

Technical Works

• Plastering (joints, sanding, filling)

• Installation of floors, moldings, ceramics, gypsum, insulation

• Precise measurements and cuts

• Finishing work (painting, hardware, adjustments)

• Occasional outdoor work (caulking, maintenance, preparation)
