Foreman

We are looking for a motivated foreman/woman, ready to lead teams on the field efficiently. As a key person on the site, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating work, supporting team members, and ensuring the quality of the work done.

What you will do on a daily basis:

• Lead team members in planning and carrying out carpentry and joinery tasks, promoting good collaboration and smooth progress of work;
• Support and guide teams on the field while encouraging a positive and productive environment;
• Guarantee the quality of the work done, respecting the plans, specifications, and Modulor standards;
• Actively participate in carpentry and joinery work, using your technical expertise;
• Facilitate smooth communication between the team, subcontractors, and project managers;
• Enforce safety standards and promote good practices on the site.

What we are looking for:

• Significant experience as a team leader or similar role in construction;
• Journeyman or equivalent experience, with expertise in carpentry and joinery;
• Valid CCQ competency card and mandatory driver's license;
• Experience in residential renovation and/or new high-end construction;
• Natural leadership and ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
