Main responsibilities

• Read, understand and interpret plans and specifications with ease
• Maintain an overall vision of the project
• Anticipate material needs and work sequences
• Propose solutions adapted to field realities
• Collaborate effectively with different trades

Preparation and organization

• Rigorous protection of surfaces and spaces
• Methodical organization of tools and materials
• Maintain a clean site at all times — even during demolition

Controlled demolition

• Precise removal of cabinets, ceramic, coverings
• Minimization of impacts on existing structures

Technical work

• Plastering (joints, sanding, filling)
• Installation of floors, ceramic, gypsum, insulation
• Precise measurements and cuts
• Finishing work (painting, hardware, adjustments)
• Occasional outdoor work (caulking, maintenance, preparation)

• Solid and demonstrated experience in residential renovation (references)
• Excellent mastery of wood and ceramic
• Advanced manual skill
• Complete autonomy on site
• Fluent reading of plans and specifications
