Renovation Supervisor

We are looking for a foreman. Not just a good carpenter.

At The Local Project, we build projects we are proud of.

Extensions, additional floors, new houses, major renovations, and exterior cladding. Projects that require precision, organization, and a team that loves a job well done.

Today, we are looking for a carpenter-foreman to take charge of construction sites in Lanaudière and the surrounding areas (Joliette, Rawdon, Repentigny, etc.).

What you will do:

• Organize and plan work on the site.
• Lead a team of carpenters.
• Read plans and anticipate the next steps.
• Ensure the quality of work and respect for deadlines.
• Communicate with our coordination team.
• Train apprentices and pass on good methods.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe site.
