We are hiring a project manager, but what we're looking for can't be summed up in three words.
It's not "just" project management.
Beyond the technical details, it's the human relationships we create that make the difference.
Trust with clients.
Strong ties with our partners, our suppliers, our subcontractors.
Quality communication with the field team.
A project manager is the person who ensures the harmony and smooth running of the project.
Timelines, budgets, people, and the problems that arise on site are part of everyday life. We need someone creative in problem-solving and structured in their organization and work planning.
We are looking for someone who knows the trade, with between 2 and 5 years of experience. Experience in northern projects is an asset, but otherwise, we are here to train and support our future colleague in this type of project.
