Senior Partner in Residential Renovation
Technical Field Reference - Full Autonomy Required

What Awaits You
Permanent position - 35 / 40 hours per week
Day schedule (starting around 7 a.m.)
Flexibility according to projects
Hourly wage up to $50/h, depending on expertise and level of autonomy
Varied and structured residential projects
Ongoing training
Professional, demanding and respectful environment
Mandatory ASP Construction card
Valid driver's license and vehicle required

Technical Leadership and Global Vision
Read, understand and interpret plans and specifications with ease

Versatile Execution of Work
Preparation and Organization
Rigorous protection of surfaces and spaces
Methodical organization of tools and materials
Maintain a clean site at all times — even during demolition
Controlled Demolition
Precise removal of cabinets, ceramics, coverings
Minimization of impacts on existing structures
Technical Work
Plastering (joints, sanding, patching)
Installation of floors, moldings, ceramics, gypsum, insulation
Precise measurements and cuts
Finishing work (painting, hardware, adjustments)
Occasional outdoor work (caulking, maintenance, preparation)

Solid and demonstrated experience in residential renovation
Excellent mastery of wood and ceramics
Advanced manual skill
Full autonomy on site
Fluent reading of plans and specifications
