Carpenter-Joiner

We are looking for a versatile part-time worker to carry out renovation work in rental units.

We mainly do property repositioning for our property management clients, so there are many small and medium tasks to quickly and cleanly restore homes.

Tasks (examples)

• Minor repairs (drywall, plaster, moldings)

• Floating floor and finishes

• Door adjustments, hardware, caulking

• Small maintenance interventions

• Cabinet installation

Profile sought

• Autonomous, resourceful, reliable

• Attention to detail, clean work

• Experience in renovation, a significant asset

• Driver's license, an asset
