Your daily impact

1. Strategic Steering

   • Trusted advisor to management for structuring decisions
   • Financial architect of projects: estimates via Constructbuy Estimation and Takeoff
   • Conductor of bids: expert coordination with our network of subcontractors

2. Operational Excellence

   • Master of deliverables: plan and synchronize work schedules
   • Multi-project manager: effectively juggle deadlines, teams, and partners
   • Resource optimizer: strategically manage supplies and orders

3. Field Presence

   • Leader on construction sites: regular inspections and detailed progress reports
   • Team partner: continuous communication with foremen
   • Quality guarantor: supervision of corrective work and pre-reception inspections

4. Innovation and Systems

   • Tool creator: development of custom management solutions
   • Financial analyst: rigorous tracking of budgets and invoices by project

Your profile: beyond the resume

1. Essential Expertise

   • Solid experience in residential construction with a deep understanding of sectoral issues
   • Mastery of reading plans and specifications
   • Demonstrated track record in project management, estimation, and customer service
   • Certified ASP Construction training (health and safety)
   • High school diploma required
   • Three-year college diploma in civil engineering or construction techniques or years of experience as a skilled worker in one of the construction trades such as plumbing, carpentry, or electricity are assets
   • Knowledge of the GCR warranty and its requirements (technical component) is an asset
   • Certification issued by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors is an asset

2. Technical Skills

   • Natural ease with the technological ecosystem (Microsoft365 suite, digital communications)
   • Knowledge of Constructbuy: a distinctive asset

   • Orchestration ability: simultaneous management of multiple complex projects

What we offer you

1. Competitive Compensation

   • Competitive base salary: $62,500 - $92,800 / year (depending on experience)
   • 4 weeks of vacation from the first year (2 weeks construction and 2 weeks holiday season)
