MSI Property Management is expanding its team!
We are looking for an independent, organized, and resourceful individual with a practical understanding of buildings who enjoys both fieldwork and planning and coordinating interventions.
On a daily basis, you will be called upon to inspect our buildings, plan preventive maintenance, coordinate certain tasks, ensure follow-up with suppliers and service contracts, and identify issues before they become major.
We are looking for someone with experience or training in building, construction, maintenance, or property management, with a valid driver's license and availability to travel between our buildings.
