Specialized Operator

As a general contractor for over 25 years in the institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors, and with more than 250 employees spread across the 5 companies of the Solidev Group, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Specialized Laborer for our company, Masonry Demers.

Masonry Demers 2025 positions itself as a leading contractor in the field of commercial and industrial masonry. Our success is based on the expertise, commitment, and rigor of our team. We are currently looking for a specialized laborer to support the growth of our operations. Join a dynamic team where each project contributes to building something solid, durable, and remarkable!

Main responsibilities:

• Transport, load and unload construction materials on the site;
• Supply masons with bricks, stones, blocks, and mortar according to operational needs;
• Participate in the installation and dismantling of temporary structures (scaffolding, platforms, walkways, etc.);
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas;
• Provide efficient and constant support to masons to facilitate optimal work progress.

Profile sought:

• Mandatory CCQ competency card (Specialized Laborer or Masonry Laborer)
• Relevant experience in masonry;
• Team spirit and good communication on construction sites;
• Driving license - frequent travel
