Aire D3 inc. is a company operating in the field of piling, foundations, and structures. As part of its operations, the company is looking for a Pile Installation Foreman for residential and commercial construction sites located in Montreal and on the South Shore.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

The Pile Installation Foreman is responsible for the planning, organization, supervision, and control of piling and foundation works. They ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, schedules, health and safety standards, and company requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate and supervise pile installation works;

• Lead and manage site teams;

• Read, interpret and apply plans and specifications;

• Ensure compliance with schedules, work quality, and execution methods;

• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards on construction sites;

• Coordinate the use of machinery, equipment, and materials;

• Ensure site preparation before work and site closure after intervention;

• Maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant work environment;

• Communicate with management, clients, and other stakeholders as needed;

• Produce required follow-ups and reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pile installation and/or foundations;

• Valid CCQ card – foreman or equivalent recognized occupation;

• Training in health and safety on construction sites;

• Experience in supervising site teams;

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications;

• Valid driver's license (class 5) and vehicle;

• Availability for frequent travel.
