Your main missions:

As a journeyman carpenter-joiner, you will play a key role in the management and realization of projects. Here are your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities on the site with employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and safety stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of work of subcontractors and take necessary corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with site planning, respecting delivery deadlines for units.
• Perform finishing work for the delivery of units in the best conditions.
• Intervene in after-sales service work to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other task assigned by your immediate superior according to the specific needs of the site.

Job requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Training in carpentry-joinery (or relevant training) and CCQ Journeyman card.
• Experience in construction (minimum 5 years).
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel.
• Precision and manual skill for precise work.
• Team spirit and ability to take initiatives.
• Leadership and resourcefulness to face the challenges of the site.
• Excellent time management and good organizational skills.
• Professional conscience and attention to detail.

Working conditions:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Full time: 40 hours per week.
