Maestro Homes is looking for an experienced Carpenter-Joiner Companion to join its team in the greater Quebec City area.

We are looking for a reliable, versatile, and independent companion who enjoys doing a good job and is capable of taking charge of a site and advancing his team.

Your main responsibilities

• Take charge and ensure the smooth running of work on the site
• Perform various carpentry and joinery work
• Carry out residential and commercial renovation work
• Participate in kitchen and bathroom projects
• Carry out extensions and garages
• Install doors, windows, and exterior coverings
• Carry out patios and various exterior work
• Perform finishing work
• Communicate effectively with the team and various stakeholders
• Ensure the quality of work execution

Our sites are mainly located in the greater Quebec City area, on the North Shore and the South Shore.

Profile sought

• Carpenter-Joiner Companion competency card
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in residential renovation
• Good mastery of the different stages of a renovation project
• Ability to take charge of a site
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Autonomy, versatility, and attention to detail
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Good communication skills
• Positive leadership and willingness to advance his team
• Good team spirit
