We are currently looking for a passionate carpenter, capable of working as a team at a sustained pace on residential, institutional, and industrial projects. The candidate must be quick-witted, autonomous, resourceful, and versatile. What YOU will do: Read, understand and execute the plans and technical specifications associated with carpentry and joinery work. Carry out structural work, rough carpentry, finishing, and diversified joinery. Support the superintendent in logistical tasks (receiving materials, organizing work areas, installing protections, etc.). Maintain a clean, safe site that meets client requirements and current regulations. Coordinate your work collaboratively with other trades present on the site. Propose adjustments or solutions to site issues when required. YOUR academic background and certification: DEP in carpentry-joinery or equivalent training Holder of a CCQ card as a journeyman carpenter for at least 5 years YOUR knowledge and experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally on institutional projects The skills and abilities YOU possess: Excellent autonomy and ability to work without constant supervision. Resourcefulness and technical judgment. High energy level, positive attitude, and pride in work accomplished. Sense of initiative and ability to adapt to various site contexts Attention to detail and pride in work accomplished. Good physical condition.
