Your responsibilities As a foreman, you will be responsible for: Planning, coordinating, and supervising the construction teams. Ensuring compliance with schedules, budget, and safety standards. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Maintaining fluid communication with the project manager and management. Being present in the field to support your teams and ensure the quality of the work. Profile sought Relevant experience as a foreman or team leader in civil engineering for at least 2 years. Ability to read plans Good knowledge of municipal infrastructure works (excavation, drainage, concrete, paving, etc.). Recognized leadership and ability to motivate teams. Excellent organization and priority management. Valid driver's license.
