GDI Electric is a dynamic company, part of a real estate developer specializing in multi-housing projects, with several upcoming sites. Located in Terrebonne, our company mainly operates on the north shore of Montreal. We are currently looking for an Electrical Foreman to join our team on the sites. What we offer: Competitive salary Full-time position Leave and holidays according to CCQ standards Main responsibilities: Site work coordination: Plan and supervise the different stages of site work execution, establishing clear priorities. Labor management: Organize work schedules, manage worked hours and optimize labor allocation according to project needs. Material planning: Ensure the availability and good management of materials necessary for the work, in coordination with the on-site teams. Inter-trade collaboration: Prepare and organize coordination with other trades to ensure smooth and seamless execution of work. Compliance and quality: Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with current electrical standards, as well as budget plans and regulatory requirements. Supervision and leadership: Act as a coach for electricians, providing technical and organizational support. Serve as a liaison between the field team and management. Reception and management of materials: Receive site materials, check their compliance and ensure their availability in sufficient quantity. Health and safety: Lead start-of-shift meetings, promote safety practices and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Work follow-up: Carry out regular follow-up between construction plans and the actual progress of work, to ensure their compliance and smooth running. Requirements: CCQ journeyman electrician competency card. Significant experience in a similar position, in the concrete multi-housing sector. Good mastery of computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver's license. Skills sought: Leadership: Ability to act as a company ambassador and inspire teams. Organization and rigor: Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage several priorities effectively. Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they occur. Communication: Ease in clearly transmitting information and maintaining a good relationship with the team and management. Team spirit: Ability to support and collaborate with teammates and other departments to identify continuous improvement solutions. Job type: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Training: DEP/ AEC or Certificate (Desired) Experience: Electricity: 5 years (Required) Job location: In person
