ELECTRICIAN JOURNEYMAN (CCQ) Join the largest provider of automation and reliability solutions in our territory. Join us The electrician installs, checks, modifies, repairs, and maintains electrical components and connections in an industrial environment, with the aim of ensuring safe installations that meet construction standards. Particular attention will be paid to the optimal installation of our solutions and our range of products to make our clients' operations more reliable. This position requires a CCQ certification and a solid knowledge of Quebec's electrical standards. YOUR CONTRIBUTION Read and interpret installation plans and specifications; Take the necessary safety measures to carry out the work; Install assembly supports and anchors, ducts and conduits, cables and pipelines (underground and protruding); Prepare tubes and install them (on or in concrete, walls, ceilings, floors, etc.); Insert and pull cables and conductors in conduits; Install automated and control systems for industrial and building equipment; Make final connections in control cabinets; Perform troubleshooting, preventive and/or corrective maintenance of equipment; Find the solution or solutions to the client's problems; Perform preventive thermography of equipment and electrical cabinets. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS Professional diploma in electricity (DEP); Hold the "Journeyman" electrical competence card; Valid class 5 driver's license; Available to travel in Eastern Canada; Safe worker with a Health Safety Environment approach by choice, who clearly demonstrates his commitment to Laurentide's and the client's safety rules and guidelines; Be accountable for the quality of deliverables and the effective completion of his mandate; Demonstrate enthusiasm and tenacity in finding solutions, and achieving expected results; Take initiatives to improve his knowledge, the quality of his work and add value in his interventions; Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment; Work and communicate effectively in a team in a courteous and professional manner; Respect the requirements (deadlines and reliability of data) in the writing of various reports; Communication skills, written and verbal, in French; Communication skills, written and verbal, in English would be considered an asset.
