GestionLT Inc. is looking for a journeyman carpenter or apprentice to join its dynamic team and participate in transformation, optimization, and renovation projects on the South Shore of Montreal and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Read and interpret plans and specifications to carry out various construction and renovation works. Perform assembly, installation, and repair of structures in wood, metal, or composite materials. Carry out framing work, partitioning, installation of coverings, and interior and exterior finishing. Ensure the accuracy and quality of work while respecting building standards and project requirements. Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors to ensure efficient site operations. Comply with health and safety rules on construction sites. Opportunity to become a team leader. Profile sought Journeyman's competency card issued by the CCQ. Experience in residential and/or commercial construction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, concern for quality, and ability to adapt to site challenges. Valid driver's license and vehicle (an asset). Conditions Full-time position. Salary according to the current rates of the CCQ. Varied and stimulating projects. Possibility of CCQ commercial salary.
